ION LOS ANGELES (10 February 2021) The ION Sports Network inspired Wilmington Athletic Complex, located just north of PCH on Figueroa, is adding a world class Beach Volleyball Stadium to its LA Park of Champions™ “complexion transformation” and portfolio.
With five Championship courts planned for summer 2021 completion – the unique five court Beach Volleyball Stadium will host and serve the local Wilmington, LA Harbor and South Bay Beach community, and dozens of LA County middle school, high school and Club Beach Volleyball teams, along with Collegiate Beach Volleyball, USA and Pro Beach Volleyball League destination and training facility.
Complementing four fields for Softball and Baseball, along with six acres for Football and Soccer – including AYSO and Steel Sports, the LA Park of Champions is rising fast as a National tournament and event venue.
